More sweets
For those who don’t know, I’m from Iceland. Me and my husband both went to The Iceland Academy of Arts for undergrad.
There’s a lot of good stuff coming from the Academy and a lot of the projects have to do with Icelandic origins like this chocolate made from Skyr, a much consumed dairy product in Iceland. I couldn’t find any info in English about it but for those of you that speak Icelandic, you can read about it here.
